Introduction

“Ariki” White Rum is a white agricultural rum, a masterpiece that combines elegance and strength in perfect harmony. It is named after Ariki, a tribal chief who personified power, nobility and divine origin. The rum is produced from sugar cane juice grown on Taha’a, a satellite island of Tahiti, also located in the Raiatea lagoon. After distilling the fermented juice through distillation columns, the resulting spirits are aged for at least 6 months in stainless steel tanks for a deeper structuring of the rum’s taste.
