Introduction

“Just Fucking Good Wine” White, Valencia DO – Organic dry white wine from Valencia, created from four grapes. Most of the blend is a rare Verdil variety, which almost disappeared from Valencia’s vineyards in the 1990s, but is gradually being revived by the efforts of winemakers. This variety does not cope well with high temperatures and humidity, so Neleman vineyards, located at an altitude of 600 meters above sea level, are ideal in terms of climatic conditions. At the end of harvesting and vinification of the wort, part of the wine is aged in French oak barrels.

“Just Fucking Good Wine” is “just damn good wine.” The label was invented by a young designer and expresses his thoughts about wine: “Easy to drink, fruity, like a true Spaniard who just wants to have fun . “
