Introduction

Spytail, Black Ginger – Caribbean rum blended and bottled in France under the leadership of the American company Biggar & Leith. This rum was named after the Spytail submarine, whose detailed plan was found in Cognac, France. Rum making is based on an original recipe of the 19th century. The list of ingredients includes fresh ginger root and spices, as well as a mixture of Caribbean rums. In form of a bottle of Spitale, Black Ginger resembles a bathysphere, which again is a reference to submarines. The warming taste of rum can surprise and please the most sophisticated connoisseur.
