Introduction

The brand “Abuelo” represents an elite line of 15-year-old Roma XV Finish Collection. It includes noble drinks re-aged in barrels after the sherry Oloroso, Napoleon brandy and the port of Tawny. All representatives of the collection were selected from the special reserves of the distillery, where the distillates ripened in barrels of American white oak. After careful selection, the future rum entered a fifteen-year final (finishing) endurance in selected European barrels.

To ripen the Roma “Abuelo” Anejo XV Anos, Napoleon Cognac Cask Finish from the French region of Cognac, barrels were imported after the cognac Napoleon.
