Introduction

Sierra Reposado – seasoned tequila. Ripening period – 9 months in barrels of American white oak wood, which gives a magical tequila flavor, rich color, deep and rich taste. Wonderful aftertaste, unforgettable and long, so I want to drink tequila slowly and enjoy every sip.

Sierra Reposado Tequila won the following awards:
– Silver medal at the competition “Drinks International” International Tequila Challange (ITC), 2008
– Gold Medal at the International Wine and Spirits (International Wine and Spirits Competition (IWSC)), 2009.

Tequila Sierra – is a special drink that is produced; from overripe, literally dripping fruit juice agave grown in the state of Jalisco, near its capital – the city of Guadalajara, at an altitude of 1500 m above sea level. Only professionals from one generation to work in the fields of agave and take care of the whole process from planting to harvesting. 12:00 agave prepared under high pressure and another 12 hours at low temperature, followed by mild juicing. The resulting liquid is distilled from the agave plant twice in large copper vats and get alcohol with high alcohol content, which is diluted with clean, purified spring water repeatedly. After that tequila is poured into bottles or barrels for further aging.
