Introduction

“Tenuta Novare” Valpolicella Classico – red dry wine, which is produced from the blending of two varieties of grapes: Corvinus and Rondinella. Grapes for wine production are grown in the Valpolicella Classico zone, the plots are located at an altitude of 100 to 350 meters above sea level. Bertani combines beautiful traditions and high standards of quality in his work, therefore “Tenuta Novare” expresses the typical and traditional style of Valpolicella and has a good structure and a beautiful fragrant bouquet. The maturation of wine takes place in oak barrels for 9 months.
