Introduction

Bird In Hand, Sauvignon Blanc is an elegant dry wine from the Sauvignon Blanc variety, with good texture, delicate citrus acidity and refreshing aroma. The grapes are grown on plots in the Adelaide Hills region of South Australia. After harvesting, the berries are destilled and delicately pressed. This is followed by maceration at low temperatures and a short 14-day fermentation. The wine is aged on the lees for a short time before bottling to maintain freshness and juiciness. Best served with fish dishes, seafood snacks, light meats, cheeses. It will successfully prove itself as an aperitif.
