Introduction

The range of wines “The Classic – Linea 883” presented Veronese wines of the region, which consists of a blend of different grape varieties. The number “883” refers to the date of the company’s Ball – 1883. Also on this date attributed the revival of winemaking in the region Soave Classico.

White wine Soave Classico, 2013, included in the line of wines “The Classic – Linea 883”, made from Garganega grapes grown on the hills of Soave. The vineyards are located on volcanic soils with a high content of potassium, calcium and magnesium. The average age of the vines is 25-30 years. Crop harvested in late September or early October, depending on the height of the vineyards. After soft pressing process begins long cold maceration. Fermentation and aging of wine are made in stainless steel tanks, and in the spring it is bottled.

A small winery Bolla founded in Veneto in 1883, Abele Bolla. The first recognition came to the farm in 1909, when his wines were awarded a gold medal at the competition in Bologna.
