Introduction

In 1992 Bottega created a new line of romantic sparkling wines “Il Vino dei Poeti”. They quickly gained recognition throughout the world for its freshness, lightness and romance. The name of “Il Vino dei Poeti” (“poets cellar”, “wine of poets”) displays the essence of these cheerful and energetic wine glasses worthy of the best and the greatest favorites of the Muses. They will decorate any holiday, a business dinner or a romantic date.
Wine, “Il Vino dei Poet” Prosecco Brut Prosecco is made from grapes, mainly collected manually. The berries are soft spin and vinified according to the traditional technology of white Italian wines: the must is separated from the skins and the juice is fermented with yeast in steel tanks. Secondary fermentation wort passes method Sharma temperature controlled at 14 C for optimal preservation of all the aromatic and flavor characteristics of the grapes. The duration of secondary fermentation is 40 days, during which naturally produces carbon dioxide, making sparkling wine. Wine bottling is performed after cold stabilization and filtration.

Company Distilleria Bottega, focused on the production of grappa, was founded by a professional winemaker Aldo Bottega in 1977 in Castello Roganzuolo. In 1987 Bottega merged with Alexander. Created by the merger of the two companies brand aimed primarily at women and youth audience of consumers. In 2002 the company opened a new distillery in Pisano and began using an innovative system of distillation, whereby grappa is obtained at the same time rich and soft.
