Introduction

Camiliano, “Brava Tosca” Toscana Rosso IGT is a dry red wine that reflects the richness and diversity of the Tuscan terroirs. The wine is produced using organic methods, which allows preserving the natural qualities and expressiveness of the grapes. Manual harvesting begins at the moment of optimal ripeness of the grapes. Fermentation takes place in steel vats at a controlled temperature, and then the wine is aged in barrels, which gives it additional depth and complexity.

Camiliano is a winery with about 8 hectares of vineyards in Camigliano, renowned for its high-quality Tuscan wines. It is located in the picturesque Colline Lucchesi area, famous for its varied terroirs and unique climate conditions that produce wines with rich flavours and aromas. This land has deep historical roots linked to the Guinigi family. The company logo proudly reflects this heritage, depicting Paolo Guinigi, Lord of Lucca, who lived between 1400 and 1430. It is a symbol of the connection with the past and respect for the traditions that continue to inspire modern winemaking and a commitment to quality and sustainability. Today, the estate is run by two brothers, Cipriano and Antonio Barsanti. Cipriano, a winemaker with extensive experience acquired in various regions of Tuscany, and Samuele, with twenty years of experience in the catering industry, use their cellar as a real research laboratory. They are constantly evolving, using their accumulated knowledge to find new methods of processing and producing wine, improving their approach to harvests with each passing year. The company is certified organic by ICEA standards, which confirms their commitment to sustainable and responsible winemaking.
