Introduction

Dry white wine Pinot Grigio is made from the same grapes grown in the vineyards of Cantina Produttori Cormons. After harvesting, the berries undergo vinification, which consists of maceration and fermentation. Wine “Pinot Grigio” fascinates with its taste from the first sip, it has a fresh, mild flavor with citrus notes and expressive aroma.

In 1962, a group of eleven people representing growers and wine producers in the north-east of Italy, created a consortium Cantina Produttori Cormons, protecting your vision of the wine industry, which, they believed, was not to be influenced by the changeable fashion. The members of the new association suggested the adoption of a set of rules for the production of wine, in order to ensure the high quality of beverages. Already in 1969 the area of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, has received national recognition and status DOC. Currently, the consortium – a private organization that represents the interests of the public, and it is composed of a large number of producers in the region in all categories. Association is under the control of the entire production process, from planting grapes to manufacturing fault. The company cooperates with research institutes and introducing new methods of work in the wine-growers and winemakers to improve the quality of produced drinks, but under strict compliance with all environmental regulations.
