Introduction

“Orran” in Russian means “cradle”. This name for the new line of wines from Armenia Wine was not chosen by chance, because Armenia stood at the origins of winemaking, its history, as the homeland of wine, has been around for about 6000 years. The word “Orran” is fraught with a lot of depth, warmth and care, as well as the wine of the line of the same name. “Orran” wines are the result of a long French-Armenian friendship. For the production of wines, both native Armenian and French grape varieties were used, born on the generous Armenian lands under the warm Armenian sun and nurtured by the caring hands and loving hearts of winemakers Armenia Vine.

“Orran” Kangun & Viognier Dry is a dry white wine made from the Armenian Kangun and French Viognier grapes. The grapes are grown at an altitude of 1100-1300 meters above sea level. Favorable geoclimatic conditions contribute to obtaining the highest quality harvest. To create Orran wine, the harvest is harvested exclusively by hand, sorted and subjected to traditional vinification under strict temperature control. As a result, the wine acquires a multifaceted character that clearly expresses the uniqueness of the Armenian terroir.
