“Celia” Verdejo – young dry white wine made from Verdejo grapes, which is grown in the best vineyards of the company. The harvested crop is cooled to obtain the highest quality must. The grapes are then crushed with a roller crusher, followed by a cold maceration process in a stainless steel tank to extract the aromas from the skins of the grapes. Gravity must settle and ferment at a controlled temperature of around 15 C. The wine is aged for a short time in steel tanks before bottling. The wine is excellent as an aperitif, it can also be combined with appetizers, seafood, fish, vegetables, salads, pasta or pizza.
