Wine “Champ de Fleuret”, Bordeaux Superieur AOC

Introduction

“Champ de Fleuret”, Bordeaux Superieur AOC – an exquisite red dry wine made from Merlot grapes with the addition of two varieties of Cabernet, which is grown in Bordeaux on clay-limestone soils. After harvesting, which is carried out at the time of optimal ripeness of the berries, the grapes undergo traditional vinification at a controlled temperature, followed by aging in oak barrels. The wine is drinkable and elastic, ideal for an impromptu picnic with friends, excellent as an aperitif, goes well with cheeses and cold cuts. Wine potential is 3-4 years.
