“Chris Ringland” Shiraz, Barossa – an exquisite dry red wine made from Shiraz grapes, which is grown in the company’s vineyard in the Barossa Valley. The climate is hot and dry. Soils are mostly sandy. Harvested when the berries reach optimum ripeness. At the winery, berries are combed. Fermentation takes place in open oak barrels. The wine is aged in barrels of French and American oak for 11 months. The wine is recommended to serve with red meat, beef, game, steak.
Vintage 2017 was awarded a silver medal at the competition “International Wine & Spirit Competition”.
