Introduction

Connoisseur, “L’Esprit du Large” Colombard-Sauvignon Blanc – an exquisite dry white wine made from Colombard and Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown on clay-calcareous soils in Cte de Gascogne. The name of the “Connoisseur” line is translated from French as “connoisseur, connoisseur” and is intended for sophisticated wine lovers. The name of the wine is translated from French as “the spirit of the great, grandiose”, and personifies the great strength of the spirit of the Gascon and the huge potential of local wines. Grapes are harvested mechanically at night, during cool hours, to preserve all the aromas of the fruits. Vinification takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged on a noble sediment for 3 months.
