Corte Aleardi, Valpolicella Classico Superiore “Montepala” DOC is a rich red wine from the Veneto region, made from three grape varieties from hilly areas with gravelly and limestone soil. The harvest period is from mid-September to mid-October. The grapes are then dried and pressed, after which the must is sent for fermentation at low temperatures. Aging takes place in 2 stages: 3 years in ton barrels, then several months in bottles. This wine is not produced every year and is always in a limited edition of up to 2,000 bottles.
