Danzante Chianti wine made from Sangiovese grapes (translated as “blood of Jupiter”) – one of the most famous varieties of Italy. Vineyards farms spread between the provinces of Siena and Florence in the Tuscany region. Thanks to the sunny and warm weather and a significant difference of day and night temperatures winemakers get a rich harvest of high quality. The grapes are harvested when fully ripe in mid-September. Maceration process lasts from 8 to 10 days at a strictly controlled temperature (28-29 C) for the acquisition of wort beautiful saturated colors, attractive tannins and preserving the rich fruit flavor. Extract of wine in stainless steel tanks lasts until May.

Marchesi de Frescobaldi Company SpA was founded in 1980 and is wholly owned by a brother and sister Frescobaldi: Dino, Vittorio Maria Ferdinando and Leonardo. The company’s headquarters is located in Florence, and nine estates scattered all over Tuscany. Danzante – was the first joint venture in Italy between the two world-eminent wine producers who now use their combined resources and expertise to create a wine of superior quality Italian wines.
