Wine “Elias Mora” Crianza, 2016

Introduction

Grapes Tinta de Toro, which is created from wine “Elias Mora” Crianza, fermented in small stainless steel vats for 22 days, after which it was placed on 12 months of aging in barrels of secondary use of American and French oak. Clarification of wine before bottling can get rid of the sediment without filtration and stabilization. Vintage 2009 differs a great spice and interesting aromas of mocha and leather.

Elias Mora Winery, founded in 2000 by Victor Benavides, named after the former owner of vineyards – Alice Moran. Vineyards with a total area of 30 hectares, planted with vines old Tinta de Toro (Tempranillo local clone), located between the rivers Douro and the Horn. The soil is composed of large pebbles with a low content of organic substances. Continental climate is ideal for growing grapes Tinta de Toro.
