Wine Fattoria della Aiola, Rosato dell’Aiola, Toscana IGT, 2020

Introduction

Vino Bianco dell’Aiola made from Chardonnay grown on a single vineyard near the town of Vagliagli. The soils on which the planted vines, contain lime and clay. Grapes going into the second half of September, and then subjected to traditional vinification. The wort fermented during 12-15 days in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature (14-16 C). The wine is aged for 2-3 months in steel tanks. The region produces about 6,000 bottles.

Vintage del’Ayola Bianco 2014 is already ready for use, but also for the next years wine capable of pleasing freshness and a delicate fruity flavor.
