Wine Fattoria di Magliano, “Illario” Rosato, Maremma Toscana DOC, 2022

Introduction

The bright and powerful wine “Heba”, Morellino di Scansano DOCG is made from Sangiovese and Syrah grapes grown in Sterpeti and Tizzi vineyards, located at an altitude of 150-250 meters above sea level and with eastern and western exposure. Crop harvested in early September. At the winery grapes are sorted and pressed. Next, the wort is subjected to non-aggressive alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats for 15-20 days. For aging winemakers use unglazed cement vats. The aging process takes 6 months, after which the wine is bottled and kept for another six months.
