Introduction

Fattoria il Muro, “Violato” Syrah is an exquisite red dry wine made from Syrah grapes by the talented winemaker Stefano de Blasi. The name of the wine comes from “viola”, which means “purple” in Italian, as the wines from Sira are very dark in color with a purple hue. The wine label also emphasizes this idea, it is made in wine-purple tones. After harvesting, which is carried out at the time of optimal ripeness of the berries, the grapes undergo traditional vinification at a controlled temperature in steel vats. The wine has a warm aroma and mild taste, it perfectly complements meat dishes, game, pasta and pizza.
