Elegant wine “Wallace” is named maiden name Judith Wallis – wife of the founder of the winery Colin Gleytsera. Blend of wines consists of two grape varieties: ripe spicy Shiraz harvested from old vines, and a small portion of Grenache. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks under strictly controlled temperature. Next wine for 14 months aged in old barrels of French (80%) and American oak (20%).

Throughout the long history of its existence Gleytser winery, located in the famous region of South Australia – Barossa Valley, owned by only one family always. Economy originated in 1888, when the first Gleytsery, immigrated from Germany, settled in the Barossa Valley. Judging by the local chronicles, Geytsery – first winegrowers in the valleys of the Barossa and Clare.
