Introduction

Champagne “Moscow Classic” – the first champagne Moscow Champagne Winery, produced by the classical French technology. The main difference of this method is that the second fermentation step of wine does not flow into the tank and directly in the bottle. The beverage was timed to the 30th anniversary of MKSHV, which was celebrated in 2010 under the motto “30 years of tradition and quality.”
For the production of Champagne “Moscow Classic” has been used only one grape varieties – Chardonnay, 2007 harvest grown in France, in the province of Languedoc. The production of wine has been closely involved technologies from Champagne (Champagne true homeland), which has been managing the entire process.

“Moscow Champagne” is proudly MKSHV. In this line includes sparkling wines made in different ways – as a reservoir (batch or continuous) and bottle (classical) method of champagne.
