Wine “Kings of Prohibition” Chardonnay, 2021

Introduction

The Richland series offers affordable wines made from traditional and newer grape varieties for Australia. The Richland series was originally inspired by the Mediterranean climate and rich fertile soils of Riverina (Richland literally means Rich Land) and is dedicated to the pioneers and founders of the Calabria Family Wines – Francesco and Elizabeth Calabria.

Calabria, “Richland” Shiraz – elegant dry red wine made from Shiraz grapes grown in the company’s vineyards in the Riverina region. Harvested when the berries reach optimum ripeness. Vinification of the drink takes place according to the traditional method of creating dry red wines. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a strictly controlled temperature. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 6 months before bottling. The wine is recommended to be served with meat, game, lamb with rosemary and balsamic vinegar, grilled beef with mushrooms and garlic on the grill, polenta. The potential of wine is 1-5 years.
