Wine Korenika & Moskon, “Festival” Red

Introduction

“Festival” Red – a neat, uncomplicated red wine with a bright, multifaceted aroma and a rounded, well-balanced taste. The wine is made from Refosco, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, which are grown in the Slovenian part of the Istrian peninsula on marl soils with the inclusion of marine sediments. Vineyards are cultivated by biodynamic methods. Harvested by hand. In the production of wine, cold maceration and spontaneous fermentation with natural yeast, which takes place in steel tanks, are used. For aging wine for 8 months, stainless steel tanks are also used.
