“Tutto Anphora” Bianco – natural biodynamic orange wine made from Trebbiano grapes. Harvested by hand from 17-20-year-old vines grown on clay-lime soil of organic vineyards. Maceration, spontaneous fermentation with natural yeast cultures and aging in contact with the skin for 7 months take place in terracotta amphoras. Before bottling, the wine is not filtered or clarified, sulfites are not added.
