Introduction

“Jackaman’s” Cabernet Sauvignon – a bright, balanced wine, which is used in the production of grapes Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the vineyard “Jackaman’s”. This vineyard was planted in 1960 during the revolution in the Barossa Cabernet Arthur Jackman – paratrooper, paratrooper, a butcher, a boxer during the Second World War. After retirement, Arthur gave a vineyard with Cabernet Sauvignon vines rare Langmeyl economy. The average age of the vines – over 35 years. The grapes are harvested in March. Extract of wine for 24 months takes place in French oak barrels, 50% of them – are new. Vintage 2010 is better to drink in the period from 2012 to 2027.
