Wine Langmeil, “Steadfast” Shiraz-Cabernet, 2018

Introduction

Langmeil, “Steadfast” Shiraz-Cabernet is created from collected in the Barossa Valley grape varieties Shiraz and Cabernet. The average age of the vines used is 10-20 years. After a traditional vinification the wine is kept in barrels of American and French oak for 9 months.

According to the chief winemaker of Langmeyl, Paul Lindner, it can be called a successful harvest of 2015. Favorable weather conditions allowed the berries to get the desired intensity of aroma, flavor and color, which has a positive impact on the character of the wine “Stedfast” Shiraz-Cabernet 2015.
