Wine Losi, “Armonia”, Toscana IGT

Introduction

“Armonia” is a very harmonious super-Tuscan wine made from Sangiovese Grosso grapes, which from generation to generation is carefully grown in the ancient vineyards of the Cuerchavalle farm owned by the Lozi family. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 300-350 meters above sea level, have an excellent south-western exposure and are constantly flooded with sunlight. Vinification consists of fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature not exceeding 25 C for 20-25 days. Then the wort “rests” for some time, after which it is poured into French barriques for malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged for 10-12 months in tons and French oak barrels and 6-12 months in bottles after bottling.
