Wine Macea, Pinot Grigio, Toscana IGT, 2020

Introduction

Macea, Pinot Grigio – a very unusual white / orange wine of a misty orange-pink color with a piquant taste and aroma, in which, along with fruity hues, tones of yeast and brine dominate, supported by an acute, somewhat nervous acidity. In the manufacture of wine, prolonged maceration on the skin and spontaneous fermentation with natural yeast in small open containers with a volume of 5-10 liters are used. Then the wine is aged for about a year in barriques and six months in steel tanks. Before bottling, the wine is not cleaned or filtered.
