Dry red wine “San Giuseppe”, Morellino di Scansano DOCG created in honor of the stone estate of the same name, which is part of the ownership of the manufacturing company. Grapes grown on calcareous slopes with volcanic soil are harvested by hand. After traditional vinification, the wine is aged in small oak barrels for 6 months. Finishing ends with a two-month aging in bottles.
