Wine Movia, “Exto” Gredic, 2019

Introduction

The line “Movia” , named for the farm, represents monosortovye wines of exceptional elegance, created by biodynamic methods and having a long exposure in the cellars of the winery, until full maturity. Sulfur and preservatives in the manufacture of wines are not used.
“Movia” Modri Pino – dry red wine from Pinot Noir grapes, which in Slovenia is called Modri Pinot. Terroir Goriska Brda is best suited for the cultivation of this French variety. Growing grapes and making wine is carried out by biodynamic methods. Crop harvested as late as possible. The fermentation process begins in large stainless steel tanks, and continues in large oak barrels. Aging in barriques of French oak on a yeast sediment lasts four years. After bottling the wine matures in 6 months in bottles.
