Wine Ottella, “Ripa della Volta” Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG, 2017

Introduction

Dry red wine “Camposireso” is created from a blend of grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Corvina. The grapes are harvested by hand in small boxes of 17 kg and then allowed to podvyalivaniya in small drawers and 4 kg. Fermentation and aging of wine are in barriques.

Azienda Agricola Ottella is in the region of Lugano in Peschiera del Garda, on the southern shore of Lake Garda. Winery owners – brothers Ludovico and Francesco Montresor, as well as their father Michel – successfully combine fidelity to local winemaking traditions with modern technologies. Vineyards, mainly from Trebbiano variety, grown on clay-limestone soils of the coast, in a mild climate that promotes excellent ripening.
