Wine Pasqua, Valpolicella Ripasso DOC Superiore, 2018

Introduction

There is a range of wines from the Veneto region with its unique, inimitable style. Wines from Valpolicella have bright pronounced. One of them – Pasqua, Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore DOC. Interesting Italian wine – flavored with mellow, enveloping taste, fine finish and soft tannins.
The vineyard is located in the heart of the Valpolicella communes, villages between Marano and Valgataro. Harvested grapes are separated from the ridges, sorted and sent for further fermentation and maceration on the skins (for better extraction of polyphenols and anthocyanins). Then the wine is placed in steel tanks where fermented again, reinforcing texture and flavor. Maturation takes place in barriques 12 months and another 12 months in bottle.
