Introduction

Peter Zemmer, Chardonnay, Alto Adige DOC, 2014 – gentle, aromatic white wine from the chardonnay grape variety, which perfectly complement the snacks, meals of white meat, seafood and cheeses. Fresh and lively taste of the wine reveals a rich palette of colors of fruit and pleasant acidity and light mineral nuances give the wine charm. A good balance of the wine will allow it to evolve over the next 2-3 years.

Peter Zemmer economy Vineyards grow on the hillsides in the region of Alto Adige, whereby a maximum amount of sunlight and good ventilation are what saves the berries from the mold and damage. The yield per hectare of 65 hl. Cultivated grapes are in perfect harmony with the environment, as the creation of natural wines which express the richness of the terroir – the main focus of the company philosophy of Peter Zemmer. Harvest carefully sorted, and then the berries are a few hours cold maceration of the skin, after which gently compressed air pressure. Alcoholic fermentation with the addition of selected yeasts takes place under controlled temperature of 19 C. Years of experience in the wine combined with an innovative approach to produce high quality wines with expressive character and excellent organoleptic qualities.
