Wine Petra, “Zingari”, Toscana IGT, 2018

Introduction

“Zingari” – wine from the Italian manufacturer Petra, which is positioned as the creators of the “typical wine of his land.” The vineyards are located on clay and sandy soils at the foot of the hills give a magnificent crop varieties Merlot, Syrah, Petit Verdot and Sangiovese. Harvested in the second half of August. Grapes for 7-10 days was macerated. Malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging are made in steel tanks. Wine label “Zingaro” (“Gypsies”) is a graphic interpretation of a spiral, geometric structure which is common in the plant world. Spiral – is the evolution of force, repetitive rhythms of life, the cyclical nature of evolution, the symbol of fertility of the land.
