Introduction

“Collezione Beatrice” Pinot Grigio Blush delle Venezie DOC – perfectly refreshing ros wine with bright taste and pure aroma. Wine produced from Pinot Grigio grapes, harvested by the mechanized method on the hills of Veneto. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks without any use of oak barrels.

For more than a hundred years, the basic principle of the Pirovano winery has not changed – offering its customers the best wines from the most favorable wine-making regions of Italy. It is a guarantee for the consumer that each wine, reflecting the best characteristics of the terroir of origin, is made in accordance with the strict principles that the company has been steadily following in its work since 1910 and today is one of the largest producers in Italy.

The main office of the company is located in Calca and occupies more than 25 thousand square meters of space, of which 11 thousand are allocated for production. In the cellars of the winery can be stored up to 3 million liters of wine in stainless steel tanks. Wine is stored at low temperatures. Then it is prepared with great care for the bottling phase, but first it is subjected to sterile microfiltration, which ensures the preservation of natural taste and aromatic properties. Bottling is carried out using high-tech devices that protects the wine from the environment. Daily Pirovano spills over 120,000 liters of products.
