Poderi del Paradiso, “Lo Cha” – a dry white wine made from Chardonnay. The grapes are grown in the region of Tuscany, and to achieve optimum ripeness are harvested by hand. The fermentation is carried out during vinification in steel containers at 18 C for 30 days, after which the wine is kept for another 60 days on the lees. Wine “Lo Cha” will delight with its fresh, balanced flavor that is particularly well revealed, accompanied by dishes of poultry, pasta and fish specialties.
