Wine Poggio Bonelli, “Villa Chigi” Chianti DOCG

Introduction

“Villa Chigi” Chianti is a fresh, very fruity Chianti with a wonderful, rich taste. The wine is made from Sangiovese grapes, which are grown on a hillside in Chianti facing south, at an altitude of 280 meters above sea level. Traditional vinification takes place in stainless steel vats. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 26 C lasts 10 days, then a short maceration is carried out on the skin (5/6 days). Extract of wine in cement vats ends next spring. “Villa Chigi” Chianti goes well with any meats, pasta and hot meat dishes.
