Wine Quarisa, “Three Jailbirds” Sauvignon Blanc, 2022

Introduction

The Three Jailbirds brand is named after one of Australia’s most famous symbols, a bird that is famous for its beautiful trills and swift air attacks. This is a crow-whistler, whose bright, iridescent and completely unusual two-voice singing-whistle can be heard in the morning. In the afternoon, black-and-white musicians selflessly defend their territory and those from whom they settled on the site, and at night brilliant trinkets steal from their homes to please their chicks.

Quarisa, “Three Jailbirds” Sauvignon Blanc is an exquisite dry white wine made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the company’s vineyards in Southeast Australia. Harvested when the berries reach optimum ripeness. At the end of the harvest, the fruits are gently pressed, followed by the traditional vinification for white varieties, passing under strict temperature control. Wine is recommended to be served as an aperitif, as well as light snacks, salads, fish dishes and chicken dishes.
