Introduction

“Lacrimus” Garnacha – monosortovoe very pleasant wine with excellent value “price-quality.” The vineyard, which is grown Garnacha, located at an altitude of 600 meters on the hillside overlooking the sun and surrounded by pine trees and water meadows. Because of a special exhibition in the vineyard there is a significant contrast between daytime and nighttime temperatures, which is a very important factor for the ripening of the grapes, increasing its aroma and richness of color. Vine Garnacha, whose age is more than 60 years, produce very low yields. Vinification is cold maceration at 10 C in steel containers for five days and fermented for 2 weeks. The potential for storing wine is 3-4 years.
