Wine Santi, “Sortesele” Pinot Grigio, Valdadige DOC, 2023

Introduction

“Sortesele” Pinot Gridgio delle Venezie, 2012 – excellent dry white wine, for the production of which is taken very ripe and healthy grapes Pinot Grigio. After collecting the berries immediately sent to the winery to maintain their integrity. First grapes soaked, then pressed for several hours. After fermentation, the wine is kept cold in steel tanks, maintaining the required lower temperature.

Santi winery was founded in 1843 when Attilio Carlo Santi began production of the classic wines of Soave, Valpolichela, Recioto, Amarone and Bardolino from grapes grown in the region’s top vineyards in the valley of Illasi, situated among the mountains Lessini. Own vineyards, wineries extend over 70 hectares, including 40 hectares located in the Valpolicella Classico, and the rest – in Bardolino Classico Soave Classico. For centuries, Santi conducts strict quality control at all stages of production – from the work in the vineyard to bottling and storage. Now Santi winery is equipped with all modern technologies.
