Wine “Scantianum” Rosato, Toscana IGT

Introduction

Domaine Bellevue, Sauvignon, Touraine AOC – an exquisite dry white wine made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the company’s vineyards. The soil is sandy, siliceous (a layer of sand can sometimes reach 1 m). Subsoil – limestone or clay-limestone, always with flint, which allows you to very well regulate the water in the roots. The average age of the vines is 25 years. Harvested only when the berries reach the optimum level of ripeness. Grapes are delivered to the winery, where it is subjected to soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is excellent as an aperitif, and also harmoniously combines with fish, seafood, oysters, shrimp, mussels and various clams, soft cheeses.
