Introduction

Suertes del Marques, “El Lance” 7 Fuentes, Valle de la Orotava DO – variation of the classic wine “7 Fuentes” , which uses a mixture of vineyard yields with different characteristics. His blend is different in that the grade Listan Negro is not dominant, but is only 20%. The rest is represented by 40% of Vijariego Negro, 30% of Tintilla, 10% of Baboso Negro and Malvasia Rosada. Berries ferment on natural yeast in open vats. Malolactic fermentation is followed by aging in French oak barrels, which lasts 14 months.
