Introduction

Vineyard Tsiregg, which grow grapes for wine Zieregg Sauvignon Blanc “Grosse STK Lage” is characterized by steep slopes and limestone deposits. Created from harvested grapes from old vines, dry white wine shows delicate, mineral bouquet with accentuated overtones of lemon, mint and pineapple. Such a rich and distinctive flavor produced as a consequence of long aging on the lees in large old oak barrels (18 months). Wine affects storage capacity – more than 10 years. For example, the 2014 vintage can be enjoyed in the period from 2019 to 2030.
