Wine Tenuta Valleselle, “Pastel” Soave Classico DOP, 2019

Introduction

Tenuta Valleselle, “Aureum Acinum” is a magnificent Amarone of rich ruby color with a pleasant, bright taste, which is produced from the blending of four varieties of grapes: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara. After ripening and harvesting, the harvest is carefully selected and sorted. Fermentation and maceration with the skin are carried out at a strictly controlled temperature of 23-25 C. Decantation is recommended at least one hour prior to filing.

Villa Tenuta Valleselle is an unusually picturesque village house, which is located on the hills of Lake Garda, near Bardolino. Around the villa are 12 hectares of vineyards and olive groves belonging to the company Tinazzi. This family acquired the estate in 1986, restored it and turned it into a place to receive guests. Now here you can taste the wine from the cellar, inspect the vineyards, as well as hold various celebrations.
