Wine Tiefenbrunner, Pinot Grigio, 2021

Introduction

Wine Pinot Grigio, created from the same grape, also called Weissburgunder, refers to the “Classic” from winery Tiefenbrunner. Vine grown in vineyards located in the area Alto Adige Zyudtirol – Kurtash (at an altitude of 400 meters above sea level) and Magreyd (210 meters above sea level). Stocking density – 3500-7000 vines per hectare. Soil typical of these zones – mixed: chalky gravel with glacial deposits of sand and alluvial. Age of vines – not less than 35 years. Fermentation occurs under carefully controlled temperature of 20 C in stainless steel tanks. Wine is aged for 4 months in vats of steel.

Wine producer is a company Tiefenbrunner, which produces high-quality beverages, based on innovative technologies. The winery is located in the village of Kurtash and dates from the XII century. To date, the owners of the estate are Tifenbrunner Herbert and his son Christophe, who are considered experts in the world drinks. Every year, farms produce 750,000 bottles, 70% of which occur in white wines.
