Introduction

Maceration and fermentation for wine grapes each performed separately at a temperature of 27 to 31C and, thus extracted and stored maximum exciting natural grape flavors and color. After graduating from primary alcoholic fermentation, the wine is fermented again in oak barrels with the help of lactic acid bacteria, then blended and aged in oak for 1 year. After a thorough tasting of wine from each barrel, Tignanello is bottled. Tignanello 2006 has excellent balance and long storage capacity, so you can enjoy its superb bouquet of flavor and aroma until 2013.
