Introduction

The resulting sparkling wines are left in contact with the yeast for some time and stored in a refrigerator at a temperature of -4 C. The resulting drink is bottled.

Wine Treviso area is characterized by mild Mediterranean climate, with relatively mild winters and warm summers. The territory of Treviso quite hilly. Grapes grow at an altitude of 50 to 500 meters above sea level.
